Terms
These terms govern your use of Brandeno by Bridivo (the “service”) at brandeno.bridivo.com, operated by ABDULELLAH ABDULAZIZ ALSAHEEL ESTABLISHMENT (Unified National Number 7054292532), 7488 King Abdullah Road, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. We may update them; the current version is always at this address and the effective date changes when we do.
Deployment status
The operator declares production configuration. Readiness and each permitted action require separate evidence.
Social-connection mode is undeclared. Check each account and action’s status before relying on it.
The AI model, request destination and retention/training profile are undeclared.
Your account
Give accurate information, keep your password and two-step verification secure, and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorised to connect any account you add.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to bypass approvals, budgets, security controls or rate limits.
- Do not scrape, resell or interfere with the service or with other users.
Prices and payments
Checkout uses live payments; confirming payment can create a real charge.
The checkout shows the price, currency and billing period before you confirm. Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. A subscription is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period; an enabled subscription renews until cancelled. Prepaid AI credits are sold in packs and are consumed by the actions you run; there is no automatic top-up. Starter credits that we grant free of charge have no cash value. Website checkout uses Moyasar; purchases offered inside the iOS or Android app use the App Store or Google Play and are managed through the store that billed you. For website billing, contact support@bridivo.com. A purchase does not imply that every integration or AI feature is available; the deployment status above and each account’s status in the workspace say what is.
Refunds and cancellation
Used credits are not refundable. Unused purchased credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. A subscription charge made in error is refunded in full on request within 14 days. The refund policy states the rules, the request channel and the timelines; nothing in it limits your rights under Saudi consumer and e-commerce law.
Your content and AI output
You retain your content. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; you must review it before publishing, and you are responsible for what you publish. Nothing is published or sent to a connected account without an approval recorded in your workspace.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is, without a service-level commitment; its current status is published at /status. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim (or SAR 100 if you paid none). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, a security risk or where the law requires it. You can ask us to delete your account and its data; records we must keep by law (such as invoices) are kept for the legal period.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction. Questions: support@bridivo.com.
